I have struggled with Nutrition almost my entire life… until I became a Registered Dietitian.

I found that I could balance my Nutrition, get the most out of what I was eating, and still indulge.

It wasn’t easy to say the least; part of what helped me was my education and experience. I learned that I was the only one who could control my issues with food.
